i believe in the famous saying that you are what you thought. the person who always maintains a good Mood can bring magical things to their life. exactly, everyone probably come across depressing difficulties sometime, but it’s not a good idea to wallow in those bad feelings. so How to stay in a good Mood, there are several things i want to share with you.
firstly, smile from your heart. smile can give hope and bright to others, cure patients’ diseases, recovery from a disaster and more than that. i recommend you to find as much as possible smile faces in your life.
secondly, communicate with your parents, teachers or friends that let them help you figure out problem solutions.

1. get outside.
