在我眼中，教育，就是一场生命的旅行！

第一次教一年级语文是毕业后的第二个年头，那年十九岁，印象最深的是教学“汉语拼音”部分，觉得自己在课堂上有时就像一头暴躁的狮子，当教学目标不能如愿达成、当对那个始终不能准确拼读的孩子无计可施时，它就从心里冲出来对着孩子们一阵吼叫，每天下班回到家总累得精疲力尽、声音沙哑！从那时起，一年级成了我最怕教的年级、汉语拼音则成了我最惧怕的教学内容！而今，其中一个成了我同事的学生，在听了我的一节课后，不无羡慕地说：“张老师，您现在的学生好幸福哦，因为您对他们好宽容、好温柔，当年的你——我们都有些害怕呢！”

在我眼中，“厚重通灵”的语文教学，又何尝不是一场生命的旅行呢？ 第一次听说“厚重通灵”应该是在六年前，那是一位专家在评课时用到的词汇，那时，“厚重通灵的语文教学”在我眼中如轻飘的云雾般亦真亦幻；而今，在姜堰“名师工作室”的专家们的执着实践中，那“厚重通灵的语文教学”恰似历经了几多风雨打磨，终得圆润、晶莹、璀璨的珍珠般高贵、淡定而理性??

从名师们执教的一节节观摩课中，我悟出了“厚重通灵”的语文教学更为注重的是语文教学的“本真”，追求在自然状态下语文教学的“有效”高效，追求的是“把课上到孩子们的心里去”，这是一种理想，是一种境界，更应该成为我们每个小语工作者追寻的至高境界！

今年，我又教一年级，一个问题一直在我心头萦绕：如何让枯燥的汉语拼音教学在孩子眼中变得有趣呢？以区分bdpq四个易混淆的声母为例，课堂上，我让孩子们想办法帮我区分，有的孩子拿起美术课所用的小剪子摆弄说：“剪子尖儿朝上，db背靠背；剪子尖儿朝下，qp背靠背。”针对孩子年龄小、上课易疲劳的年龄特点，我还经常引导他们做“猜一猜”的游戏，玩的方法就是老师摆口型让学生猜，或者交换角色，学生摆口型老师猜，还可以学生摆口型让同桌猜、大家猜。这个游戏对于发音较难的复韵母“ai、ei、ui、ao、ou、iu”的掌握、平舌音“z、c、s”与翘舌音“zh、ch、sh、r”的区别，前鼻音、后鼻音的区分都很有效。这些既动口动手又动脑的游戏，既不费精力又不花俏，却又能够大大激发孩子们的创造性思维，孩子自然学得兴趣盎然，我也教得兴致勃勃！如今的我常常陶醉其间——汉语拼音教学原本是如此充满情趣，而这不仅需要教师的激情，更需要我们的爱心与智慧！
