书面通知的英语作文格式要求 篇一

1、通知的`标志：标志一般要醒目，多用Notice作标题。

2、出通知的单位和时间：一般分别位于正文的右下角和右上角。不过，这两项有时可以省略。

We will have an English evening party in our classroom. The party will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday December 10th. We’ll sing, dance and tell stories at the party. All of us must be on time. We will invite some American students and our teachers to join us. Students from other classes will be welcome. At the party, we must speak English. I hope we’ll have a good time.

It is going to be held in the auditorium on the fifth floor of the teaching building from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23. The lecture is to be organized among the students of Grade Three in the hope of increasing our knowledge. Besides, it’s also a good chance to share the photos taken by him. The lecture will include Tibtan beautiful scenery and a high school in Lhasa. Be sure to attend it on time and take notes.
