horizontal bar as well. by doing this, i can always stay healthy.

this is my first time to talk *in front of* such a large audience ,so i feel a little nervous ， i hope you will not laugh at me.

my english is not very good ,especially my spoken english. and i *am not very good at* exprss myself. speaking of my english learning， though *i don't think i have any gift, i am not very poor at it.
