首先请报出自己的姓名和身份。可能应试者与面试考官打招呼时，已经将此告诉了对方，而且考官们完全可以从你的报名表、简历等材料中了解这些情况，但仍请你主动提及。这是礼貌的需要，还可以加深考官对你的印象。

其次，你可以简单地介绍一下你的学历、工作经历等基本个人情况。请提供给考官关于你个人情况的基本的、完整的信息，如：学历、工作经历、家庭概况、兴趣爱好、理想与报负等。这部分的陈述务必简明扼要、抓住要点。例如介绍自己的学历，一般只需谈本专科以上的学历。工作单位如果多，选几个有代表性的或者你认为重要的介绍，就可以了，但这些内容一定要和面试及应考职位有关系。请保证叙述的线索清晰，一个结构混乱、内容过长的开场自，会给考官们留下杂乱无章、个性不清晰的印象，并且让考官倦怠，削弱对继续进行的面试的兴趣和注意力。

2、品丽珠（cabenet franc）

卡伯纳·佛朗。别名卡门耐特、原种解百纳。原产法国，是法国波尔多（bordeaux）及罗亚河区（loire）古老的酿酒品种，是赤霞珠的姊妹品种。该品种是世界著名的、古老的酿红酒良种，富有果香，较清淡柔和，大多不太能久藏，它的酒质不如赤霞珠，通常与卡伯纳·苏维翁及梅洛（merlot）搭配。近年来也出现愈来愈多的卡伯纳·佛朗单一品种葡萄酒。

3、梅洛（merlot）

别名梅鹿。原产法国，在法国波尔多（bordraux）地区与其他名种（如赤霞珠等）配合生产出极佳干红葡萄酒。该品种为法国古老的酿酒品种，作为调配以提高酒的果香和色泽。

4、佳丽酿（carignane）

别名佳里酿、法国红、康百耐、佳酿。原产西班牙，是西欧各国的古老酿酒优良品种之一。所酿之酒宝石红色，味正，香气好，宜与其他品种调配，去皮可酿成白或桃红葡萄酒，且易栽培、丰产，可用作红酒调配与制白兰地。

5、黑品乐（pinot noir）

皮诺·诺瓦。别名黑品诺、黑比诺、黑皮诺等。原产法国，是古老的酿酒名种。该品种是法国著名酿造香槟酒与桃红葡萄酒的主要品种，早熟、皮薄、色素低、产量少，适合较寒冷的地区，它对土壤与气候要求比较严格，去皮发酵可酿制干白、白酒及非常好的气泡酒，是香槟最主要的葡萄品种之一。所酿的酒颜色不深，适合久藏。这是一种非常难种植又难酿造的葡萄品种，在很多酒厂，被称之为令人头疼的葡萄。这种娇弱的贵族葡萄品种，最好的种植区在勃根地，在那里它有最佳的表现，同时，来自勃根地的红酒可能是世界上最奢侈昂贵的酒了。它香气十足，年轻时有丰富的水果香（也有人戏谑称之为马尿味道）及草莓、樱桃等浆果味，陈年成熟后，富有变化，带有香料及动物、皮革香味而且成熟老化，有着回甜、非常讨好的味道。在德国称之为晚勃根地品种（spatburgun der），主要用来生产清淡、色泽柔和、早熟的红酒。在美国加州、俄亥冈州以及奥地利、新西兰、智利也有很好的表现。

6、佳美（gamay）

加美或嘉美。曾用名黑佳美，红加美。原产法国，1978年引入。是法国勃根地南方及罗亚河区的重要葡萄品种，占勃根地红酒一半以上的产量。一般都要趁新鲜饮用，不过，若是产于宝酒利特级产区（braujolais cru）如（moulin-a-vent）则例外，该地所产的红酒也可陈放。低单宁、有丰富的果香及美丽的浅紫红色泽是其特色，常带西洋梨及紫罗兰花香，尤其是宝酒利新酒（braurjolais nouveau），常带西洋梨、香蕉及泡泡糖的香味，是入门者的最佳选择之一，低涩度，高果香，冰凉之后容易入口。

7、西拉（syrah/shiraz）

席哈。原产法国，1980年引入。主要种植在法国南方的隆河区，同时也是澳洲、智利、新西兰最重要的品种之一。适合温暖的气候，可酿出颜色深黑、香醇浓郁、口感结实带点辛辣的葡萄酒。年轻时以花香（尤其是紫罗兰香味）及浆果香味为主，成熟后会有胡椒、丁香、皮革、动物香味出现。陈化能力绝不亚于卡伯纳·苏维翁。

拿铁：浓缩咖啡+牛奶，上面会覆盖着一层薄的奶泡

卡布奇诺：也是浓缩咖啡+牛奶，不过奶泡会更多，起码有一半是奶泡，而牛奶是相对拿铁

较少，所以会比拿铁会更浓

以上两款咖啡是不含糖的，不甜的

玛奇朵：浓缩咖啡+牛奶和香草味的糖，不过是先加奶后放咖啡，而牛奶和奶泡比例是3：1奶泡上再覆盖着焦糖酱
